measuring weed?

hey, i havent posted here in a long time, but i need yalls help. imma start selling, and i need to knowhow i can measure out a ounce in 1/8s 1/4's and so on (without a scale) im not going to be selling alot, just a lil, so any ideas? and how many grams are in a ounce? i appreciate yalls help

The cheapest scales are plastic and weigh out a gram at a time... I used to weigh out QP's with mine, took me days

There are about 28 grams in an ounce.

If you know what all the measurements look like you can do it by eye. Its not gonna be exact but I can get it within a 0.2 or something

Why not get a postal scale? Those are fairly reliable, small enough to carry around, cheap (or at least, easy to steal from Office Depot

)

To be completely accurate, you should definately use a scale.

You can also "eyeball" the weed. If you've seen lots of single grams, ounces, etic. Or if you buy in a large quantity, spread it out as evenly as you can and as level as you can. Then divide it into 4 equal portions...so you have 4 piles of about 7 grams each.

Then you can break it down from there.

if you know what a 10 a 15 a 20 etc looks like then you can eyeball.. i did it for a long time. still made money. but get a scale asap

u can buy postal hook scales that are pocket size, cost about $4.00
or ebay for digi scales starting at about $20

After a while you can make an estimate by eye that's .2 out at most. At least I can, at my mates we play a game where we get a piece of of bud and estimate how much it weighs whoevers closest wins, its sort of our version of short straw.
