today we just got a new kid from norway. poor guy. when me and my friends met him, the first thing it "Why the hell did you come to North Carolina"? "It Sucks". he just shrugged and my question then was "is marijuana legal there? to my suprise he said yes, and you can even smoke in front of cops. i was like damn. the nwe told him here if you smoke you get suspended for two weeks and if in front of a cop then unless the cop pardons you for being mental, you get your ass kicked.

lmao. but thats pretty much it. But i dont see any reason why people in first / high second world countries are coming over to this country douzed with Bush's vaginal discharge. My French teacher today was talking about France, and from what she said, the only thing better here is gas isnt 6 $ a gallon.

its illigal to smoke marijuana in every country in the world.
it is decriminalised in a few places such as amsterdam and some parts of spain etc, but its still illigal. it isnt decriminalized in norway though, so this kid is lying

it may not be legal, but its tolerated in some plaves. my history and french teachers both have been to europe several times and say people there dont really give a fuck, and nor do cops unless its in large quantities or being done publicly, such as on school grounds, concerts, or protest.

the only place i would openly smoke weed in front of the police ( and i was even wary of doing it here) is amsterdam.
although its true that if u get seen smoking now in england, chances are they will just confiscate ur weed if u cooperate and hand it over.
the laws are so complex and varied throughout europe, that i suppose its hard to keep track. just think like its illigal everywhere and smoke discretly, then theres no chance of u getting the law wrong. just dont get caught init

We smoked in front of the police here, and the laws are very conservative. It just depends on what cops think about smoking weed. The one we smoked in front of used to smoke weed so he didn't give a fuck, he just wanted to check out some robberies or something like that

Actually theres quite a few places in the states that could really care less about weed. Some places have gone as far as to make it the one of the least possible penalties.

Even in Am'Dam, smoking cannabis in non-designated areas is an arrestable offence.

u cant just smoke on the streets of amsterdam where the police are, u have to do it in coffeeshops, or designated park areas.
