pentium 4 1.6ghz or celeron 1.6ghz???which is better?

i looking at secondhand pcson ebay.com.au.therelotsof refurbished pcs available in melbourne. I seeing mainly pentium 4s and celerons as processors. which one is better and why???

right of the bat, the p4 would be my option. celeron is... websurfing =p

Cleron is the cheap version of Pentium. Like 13laze said celeron is for websurfing
