ok first materials

1.watercooler
2.candle big
3.a hose
4.scissors
5.a lighter
6.weed!!
and a filter (preferbly a window filter ones you use for a window)
ok get the watercooler and hose cut the hose into maybe like 2-3 and a half feet pieces (2-4) and look at the size of the hose get the lighter burn a hole in where you put the hoses and stick them in then use some leftover hose and burn or cut a hole in the candle and put the leftover hose in throuhg the candle(as a rubber stop kinda) and use a filter put in the water and toke it up hope this helps.

I'm not I know what you mean about the window filter, aren't those made of plastic?
