Aww come on! Sorry, I must re open this for discussion. This is how you make a mini steam-roller out of a toilet paper roll:

Cut a circular hole in the tube near the end.

Line the hole with tinfoil, making a small depression. Tape the tinfoil so that it's airtight.

Poke holes in the foil.

Put weed in the foil bowl.

Use the palm of your hand to seal the end of the tube, and remove hand when tube is filled with smoke to carb!

I found one of these in my little brother's closet after his death. Not the best pipe in the world, but certainly useable - I used it many times in my grief and it was very effective.

Oh you were thinkin bowl specifically See where I'm from, and prolly where this kid is from, bowl is a general term to refer to any type of smoking utensil that has a bowl in it to be packed, pipe, bong, bucket, etc. Not the actual bowl part itself.
