too much nutmeg can kill, just the right amount (a very fine sprinkling) mixed with a haze variety gets you BOLLOXED!!
nutmeg contains beta blockers which alter the diuretic properties of your insides...basically it would be similar to an overdose of e's

And why the hell would you want to put a whole spoon of nutmeg in your mouth!? I should think it would burn like fork! Plus it'd dry your mouth out and you wouldn't be able to swallow it- I put a table spoon of coco powder in my mouth once and I couldn't swallow, talk and I could barely move my mouth for an hour, just had to wait till I'd made enough saliva to wet some of it so I could spit it out.
YUK!

Nutmeg relaxes the body, sedates the muscles and helps remove gas from the digestive track. It is commonly used for stoamch problems such as indigestion. It is also used for chronic nervous disorders and to prevent nausea and vomitting. Nutmeg is not recommended for use as a medicine because it is risky. An over dose of nutmeg is harmful and sometimes deadly. Early symptoms of overdose of nutmeg are thirst, nausea and feelings of urgency. There may also be experiences of altered conciousness; this can range from mild to intensive hallucinations, and results in a stupor which lasts 2 to 3 days. Sometimes shock and seizures occur.
