Okay if u have ever smoked sheesha its the traditional turkish/arabic way to smoke flavoured tobacco. first u fill the bottle with sufficient water and there is a bowl that u put the tobacco in and then put tin foil over top of the bowl and make nice little holes on top of that and put a piece of lit charcoal on top. i was wondering, if i did the same thing with weed, would it work? i only smoked two roaches from my hookah and that was by lighting it with the lighter each time.
OF COURSE! a hookah is one of my favourite way to smoke weed, but you might want a better bowl than just tin foil...

i do put the weed in there..just the tinfoil on top n then charcoal sorta hard to explain if its not really your tradition
what is your way of lighting it? just use a lighter each time?
which way would be better though? the charcoal tin foil keeps the weed lit for about 30-45 minutes and it is much slower..which is betteR?
OOOOOH now i understand, you put the weed in then tinfoil on top then burning charcoal on the tin foil...hmm wow i cant say i thot of that, i just light it up...but yo that sounds smart and sounds like it would keep it burning for a while. I dont really have any experience with this charcoal method but i'd try both and see which works better for you.

yeah now u got it! thats how i smoke regular sheesha i never really tried to fill the bowl with weed yet (only roaches) but i will soon..and it is the traditional middle eastern way to do it very fun. ahha u can get the round pieces of charcoal from arabic food stores (called fahem) they are usually $1 for 10 pieces i dont think regular bbq charcoal would work haha
well you fill your hookah bowl and then take a piece of tin foil enough to cover the top opening of your bowl and then make little holes in it (try to cover the whole thing) take a piece of FAHEM (arabic name for charcoal made specially for hookah) light it up, let the sparks stop and then take fast hits like sucking on the pipe and the whole thing should be lit after two minutes.. enjoy toking for a half hour

would that work on a regular bong or just a hookah? and can you try to get a picture of how to do that or illustrate one on here?
This is the bowl, the green is weed, the black is the burning charcoal, and theres tinfoil.
