bong in fridge

i got a new pyrex bong and i was wondering if i can put it in the fridge or freezer or will it break if i do that?

Hmm well in the fridge it will be fine.... I think it would be ok in the freezer to as long as you didnt bang it or drop it when you take it out.

If the glass bong is warm or hot it is definatley not advisable to put it in the fridge or worse the freezer. Glass that is put under a drastic temperature change like that can break. Just putting a really cold glass in hot water to wash will break it. Same for vise versa.

We have a fairly standard plastic, ice bong with metal pipe. Usually, we stick it in the freezer for 20 minutes or so before smoking, so the water gets close to freezing point. Then we whip it out, fill the cap and bash off some nice hits.

Fucking wonderful.
