Trippy reading

Post by Weed-iculous »

Anyone reccomend any drug related, or trippy books? Hunter S. Thompson is the king of these in my opinion...Gonzo Journalism.

No One Here Gets Out Alive- The long awaited biography of Jim Morrison. That book gave me a new found respect for Morrison. Oh and it made me get hooked on The Doors.

Crazy Diamond, this autobiography of Syd Barrett, not really tripply written but the stuff about him is. Check out some of H.P. Lovecrafts books as well, "The Call of Cuthulu and other weird stories". Might give u the horrors tho....

'The Prophet' by Kahil Gibran is some seriously trippy, but strangely relaxing and beautiful reading. And I've been meaning to check out that Jim Morrison bio for ages, it sounds sweet...
