water balloon launchers...you need 3 people to fire it, but it can fire water balloons, apples, oranges...action figures etc. at about 90 mph. and over an 1/8th a mile if you do it with the right people. It's so fun watching a flying apple exploding on someones shed and leaving a dent on it, if it hit a window it would go right through, so u gotta be careful cause it can hurt or kill someone. I just find it so amusing how fast and high a piece of fruit can be launched. Next object will be snack packs ahaha. They're only $15-20 if you can find them (the launchers), ebay has them.

We live in the country so when my friends and I want want to shoot stupid stuff we build these potato launchers that get launched via all sorts of ignition sources. Hitting cars with potatos it sick...These sound pretty sick too

Me and my friends bought one of these whilst at the beach. Broke someones window from about 200 yds away! They are fun as hell but be careful cause having to talk with the cops about why you are shooting water balloons through the neighborhood at 90 mph isn't fun . We hit my friend in the shoulder with one and he had a hugenormous bruise for about 3 weeks.

i'm guessing your friend got hit with by a potatoe, or was it a waterballon

yeh i got this huge bruise while trying to dodge the balloons from about 150 feet away. The bruise was about the size of a grape fruit, the bruise turned yellowish and red and black, it lasted for about 2 weeks, haha i couldnt move that leg at all for about 10 minutes. That's just a lemon sized water balloon. Not too smart, but imagine how destructive a solid object would be.

Someone i used to know made one of them. He made it with a drain pipe, an air container and a foot pump. We had to pump it up for like 5 minutes each shot but it was worth it when we watched them potato's fly.

I think if you hit anyone in the head with a potato from one of these things theyd die whether or not it hit them in the temple

So.... like, I'm just trying to imagine what the safety precautions would be when you and your friends are playing with potato guns. Do you suppose trying to dodge the missiles from 150 ft away would be on that list?








Seriously though, be safe. It would be pretty gay (yet seemingly, very feasible) to die by potato, or kill by one.
