Only problem is like most stuff i get it has gone wrong. When i try to install the legal £80 copy of XP from PC world, the install takes about 6 hours when im told it should take only half an hour. I phoned tech support and he sounds like a wanker, he said he would phone me back in 5 minutes about an hour ago
I'm fucking fuming, im trying to get a brand new pc to run xp and it's failing and the people who sold it to me, and the people who's job it is to help me fix it have both been rude and just generally unhelpful. Usually by now I would have carried it back to the shop telling them to fix it or give me my money back there and then, only problem is i bought it off e-bay so all i can do is give them a bad customer rating 
Anyway i was wondering if anyone can help me out with a website or a helpful number to call, maybe one you phoned and found helpful. I would post more about what is wrong with the pc but i dont know what the fuck im talking about
