hey people, i am planning a trip around australia in the 12-24 months time. Its my new ambition. I am going to go round the edges, like melbourne-adeliadie-perth-darwin-mnt isa-cairns-then down the east coast back to melbourne!
i just working out some distances. anyway it a long way off when i would be going, but is there any of you peoples who might be interested in joining me for the trip or even for aportion of thr trip???let me know. i think it would be an amazing trip,anyway i work out some distacnes and hours and put it on another post>>any fools unwise enough to wanna join me??

hey i got some loose figures and a route worked out.if people dont wanna join me, mayb ethey could give me a couch to sleep on on my route???please??????so i needsome weedguru people from melbourne, darwin, adelaide, perth, darwin, mnt isa, surfers paradise/brisbane, sydney...

heres the mission i was sent to complete>>>

Melbourne>adelaide= 750km hours=9

Adeliadie>perth=2700km hours=32

Perth>darwin=4283km hours=51

Darwin>mount Isa=1675km hours=20

Mnt Isa>Surfers=1987km hours=23

Surfers>sydney=947km hours=11

Sydney>melbourne=893 hours=11

Total distance=13217km total hours=147

so yeh neone who wants to join me or who might be wickedly kind enough to offer me a couch or even a floor with a duvet along my way, let me know please...i be planning on doing the trip in 2006/7 maybe over the new year timeto be in darwin..

yeh tom,
i been imagining so much i couldnt fucking sleep last night when ihad to be up at 623am this morning to start my first early shift of new job, as fishman at tesco. i missed the first alarm call, but bizaarelly i had had this random thought to set myself a second reminder to take my minidsic player to work. i forgot theminidisc but got to work on time, and worked 13 hours, stayed on extra time to help out as another lad had called in sick.i actually enjoyed myself today as mad as it sounds. its the people factor, i been hidden away, but put in a fishman outfit with a wicked hat, and i find aplace where i start refinding the fun side of dan. i had forgotten how much i enjoyed just having complete starngers need something from me, the fish, and they get more than fish, cos i pretty interested in everyone whther they good or bad, happy or sad..

anyway yeh tom, it would be amazing going on the open road, having no time contsraints no where having to be, of course would only be for like 2 months or something,but maybe longer, maybe i can stop and find work on the way,and graduall ymake my round!!!
neway sorry bout the huge reply, i been thinking bouth this strange skunk called 'cheese' for the last 2 hours and now i had my joint...hope you cool tom, and yeh ne offers from ne aussies???

i find when you meet people you HAVE to spend time with (working and such) you'll make new friends out of people you wouldnt usually talk to.. you find things in common, and its nice to just socialise like that.
