my main smoking boy got in some trouble a couple weeks ago. he has to go to court soon for simple criminal damage to property and contributing to the delinquecny of a minor. he might get put on probation. he is worried if he gets put on probation will they drug test him? i don't think they will since it was not for a narcotics charge. but im not absolutely sure. someone help me out. sorry if this is in the wrong forum. but please help. need to know if he can smoke this weekend?

im not 100% sure, depends on what the "delinquecny of a minor" intails. where abouts are you ? the US ? UK ? it all depends on your location really, but i wouldnt be tokin up unless i was sure i wasnt gonna get tested.

I think it will really be up his p.o. whether to drug test him or not.. but then again it might depend on whether the "delinquency of a minor" had anything to do with narcotics. If it didn't, he probably won't get tested. If they don't tell you that you are subject to a drug test, then you won't get piss tested.

Well I got arrested and go introuble for a lot of shit but never got drug tested. I got put on probation for a year and went through deviation which is you got to do Community Service and got to a class of councling. After a year though if I dont get in any more trouble I'll get my record wiped clean which is tight.

In regard to the question at the top of the page. Ive been on and off of probabation since I was fifteen. For Unsupervised probation you will not get piss tests for supervised if they have a suspicion of you smoking pot they will test you.

The only time police ever talk to me is when i'm walkin the streets at night.... they'll be like, "we heard you guys were causing a ruckus" and we'll just be like, "nope, wasn't us".... and if no one's holding a spliff or anything than they can't bust us.....

Actually a copper once was patrolling and saw me hooking up with this girl and asked me if we lived on that street.... that was slightly ackward, but nah I've never been written up or any of that shit.
