help needing in rescuing a ps one game from a fucked disc

hey people,
i got this program called cd roller. i have a cracked version of the ps one game muppet racemania, this doesnt work due to a big scratch on the disc. if i use this cd roller program and it says all the data looks okay, and there are no unreadable areas, does that mean i can take a iso image then put that on a nother cd, then it should work in my playtstation???
alos is it possible to download a file and put it on a cd, then put in playstation2 and it will let me play cracked playstaion one games?

I don't have answers to every single question in there but about the thing with the cd roller, if it says all files are okay you should be able get the ISO image out but i have no idea how u have to do that tho

im maki9ng an iso image now
its taking its time, maybe it will work, but int heory , if i can get this iso image then can i chcuk that on black cd and it should work like the first copy used to?
