if it doesnt delete it. write down the virus name it tells you. and then type that name into google followed by removal

cheers once more people, i downloaded A a copyof norton 2004 which seemto have donethetrick. i give some of those links a go cheers tom. firs time i hada virus, annoying fucker though.
