What?......Geez...thats silly...I knew that and was trying very hard to make it right but I still forgot and screwed up. I would have failed poetry ages ago!!!!!!!!!

It comes from the translation...apparently the form is notably asthetic in asian language.

These are sentences,
because we are all stoned.
Here are some good ones.

"the moon flutters
in the evening breeze
there in the water"

"Night surrounding me,
Wind howling through leafless trees -
I quicken my steps."

So as you can see,
haiku can be good poetry
if you're poetic.
