hey sykle, its america you are entitled to a lawyer! i dont even think they are allowed to hold court if you want a lawyer but dont have one! Just look in the phone book plus like if you cant afford one or what not the court is entitled to providing you with a lawyer its like the constitution of america...or something

Hey to the guy who was talking about California do you know what happens if you are a minor though

And to the guy who has his trial, if you cant afford a lawyer they will give you one and I am pretty sure itll be the minimum charge since it is your first offense and you cooperated and everthing.
