after a bit of reserch (for those who dont know im a horticulture student in college) germinatining your seeds in a bottle slows down the growth process due to the root cap not forming ......may add 3 days to a week to your growth time... ant growing them in a sponge unless you plant the sponge too may tear minute hairs off the roots which in tern may slow down nutrient absorbtion and delay plant maturization by as much as 1 to 2 weeks
the mind is like a parachute it wont work unless it is open....

you don't grow the seeds in the sponges dude! its a good way
yes but as i also stated this process can remove minute hairs from the root delaying growth.

Best way ive found to germinate seeds is to get some 1" rockwool cubes and a propogator. Soak the cubes in a 1/4 strength (or less) solution and give them a little squeeze to get rid of excess moisture (you dont want them to damp off). Place your seeds in to the cubes. Pointy end down. This is the end that opens first. Place your cube tray in to the propogator, put the lid on and close the vents. Over the top of the propogator place a double layer of bubble wrap to diffuse light. Stick them under a 400W lamp about 3-4 feet above them and let them get on with it. Never fails!!
Not in the face!!

huh? there isn't much of a root to lose hairs from....fuck man as soon as they sprout you chuck them in some soil! i have no idea what the fuck you are going on about.......you use the sponges to germinate only....common sense man can go a lot further than some botany course, we are growing weed not flying to marslawnmowerman wrote:yes but as i also stated this process can remove minute hairs from the root delaying growth.

well i produce 350 to 400 gram yeld every 58 days....and after all "botney is plants" with out it the mighty herb would have never been and would have not gotten better rhrough the ages with cross strains and hydroponics......besides how many classes can you use marajuana for a thesis paper and not worry about reprucussions.
