thats what i named my plant JEFFREY He's beautiful (and also a girl i believe) but im concerned about the flowering stage. There are no seeds, but I can see the little bud thingies .. that show when its female I THINK. Ive tried turning the light off .. for the 12/12 cycle, and thats not working, so I went back to 24 all the time. He's about a foot and a half - two feet tall .. which is all I can do. Maybe about two./two and a half months old. Ive got 70 66 watts of flourescent going on him/her (im VERY limited for space and living in a VERY urban place) ... so what gives ? Should I wait awhile and then try flowering again ?
Thanks
It takes a couple of weeks sometimes for the 12/12 cycle to initiate flowering. If you're happy with the size, then resume the cycle and wait for flowering. Try to keep the cycles constant tho, if you keep on changing the plant will get stressed out and you'll get shit bud man.

God, i sound like im talking about someone im dating or something ....
I spent enough money on this damn thing to not be though ......
Heh, there's nothing wrong with that thai. You'll enjoy what the plant produces, just like you would if u were dating someone.
Speaking of loving plants. In my town a couple of years back there was this guy who got murdered. He kept loads of plants and talked to them everyday and shit, spent hours with them. The cops hooked up machines to the plants to measure activity and the plants went absolutely wild when the suspect for his murder was brought into the room. It was like they knew he killed their owner. Freaky huh?
