What the hell is with these hyperlinks?

Whats with these hyperlinks like pain pills. It becomes underlined and takes you to a different place if you click on them. Is this a way of advertising or what. Or like street Pharmacist his name is hyperlinked to and it takes me to a different web page if clicked on.

Well what the hell is that and how do I get rid of it. Cause when im posting and i type in a certain word like pain pills. Then I view my post the word pain pills is underlined and is hyperlinked to another sight.

Oh that thing, does it come up a kind of greeny yellow colour? I think its called fly swat or something and it links you to a dictionary or something, bloody annoything thing. If its fly swat then there should be an uninstall thing if you go to ad or remove programs in control panel (assuming your using a pc with windows?) or if its a diff program get something like Spybot Search and Destroy (search google for the download link) which looks on your hard drive for all the main types of spyware and removes them.
