The government cant make money on something they cant control, by making it legal, the amount of home growers will rise even more, there will always be someone willing to sell product for minimum profit. Alcohol however is a more controllable substance.

so why dont they make it legal to smoke grow etc., and rather than selling a pack of joints or whatever sell little packets of seeds?

After you do acid too much you get this gross feeling, its hard to explain. It kinda feels like biting tin foil but all through your body, that ruined acid for me
