so it's 1:30 in the morning and i'm just maxin' and relaxin' and getting nice and toasted (with the patio door wide open by the way). then there's a pounding on the door. it scared the crap out of me. so i look out the peephole and what do i see?

a cop.

i was thinking of not opening the door but it was obvious someone was here what with the blaring tv, all the lights on, the door wide open... so i opened the door.

it turned out to be the guy next door (who happens to be a cop). a package for me was left outside his door.

talk about relief!

Dude you shouldn't smoke so obvious with like your door open considering you're a cop. Or I'm just paranoid

between how much i smoke and how much the guy across the hall has right inside his door, you can smell the weed in our little hallway. luckily the copper lives on the other side of me which is a good distance away. but yeah, that got my heart pounding.

i had a close call last night.. me and my mate were walkin to the theatres like 30 minutes away anyways we were reachin matrix 3.. ive seen it but its fun to watch stoned so hehe.. had to reach still i love the movie..
anyways.. we are like almost at the theatre so i pull out a J and spark it up so we are just walkin up the street past the theatre then cross the street.. j walkin of course.. i see a car comin so i speed up a lil then we are across i was holdin the j low and the fuckin car was a COP!! so he passes us and turns into the theatre which we are almost at and i just instantly drop the j which was quite small then.. wish i didnt tho meh

anyways so the cop missed me and i had to hold the smoke in till he was a bit far then we walkin in the theatre theres a copper standing at the front my mate almost talked me into walking past the doors at the theatre.. which woulda made the cop suspicious anyways whats funny is we ended up finally reachin the theatre and forgot to spray up (cologne) we STANK it was obvious

the theatre was packed too we had to walk thru half the theatre to our centre seats and apparently my friend said he smaked some girl in the back of the head while walking to his seat.. lol

The police can't prove that you were doing anything unless they would have found that joint on the ground, or found shit on you, other than that they cant arrest you for smelling like bud, there is no proof that you were smoking at all, and plus they cant just arrest you and piss test you either, that would be an unwilling force against your rights and you could get their badge numbers and have them fired
