I doubt there is a way to tell, although it would be silly to lace weed with coke or heroin as they are very expensive and anyone doing this would be losing a fair bit of moola.
As for dying - all the research I have done into this topic has told me that there has never been a case of someone dying directly through thc overdose.

Ordinary fresh weed won't directly kill you. It may indirectly kill you though. Like if ya stoned, and have a car crash, or if you too stoned to realize you should never pull the trigger on a what you thought to be empty gun.

I am in total agreement. Weed is rarely laced. It might have water added to it to make it heavier and give the impression it's stickier than it is. Or it might be herbal shit, squirted with honey blond, or it might be a bunch o' leaves rolled up to look like a bud, or whatever, but NO dealer will lace that with coke. Way to much of a waste and totally pointless. One is an upper, the other a downer. Waste of both products

You "heard" the story, you did not witness it. Theres a big difference. "Heard" means that 22 people "heard" the story before you, and each time they told it to someone else, they added a little something on , juiced it up a bit...

By the time it got to your ears, The originally true story about the boy who had smoked one joint, got in the car with a buddy who was sober and got killed in a crash, because a truck lost it's brakes...Becomes "Boy Overdosed on weed"

i know two people who have both told me that they know a person that has died as result of a pyschosis due to weed. in both cases the people had mental problems and as more stuff randomly appears in the papers , the evidence is pointing to weed been a catalyst for brain problems. for example if you have a,ild schezophrenic porblem then weed will make it worse. i doubted the first time i hear of a person going into apyschosis then dying after habitual use of weed, but i had to accept believe in the end cos these people that died were freinds of my friends. anyway i believe the stories. i do not know much about pyschosis and need to read something about it i think. yeh its like impossible to smoke urself to death by overdosing on weed but without doubt people must have diews left right and centre from been so stoned and forgetting to do things like turn the gass off, this point has been mentioed already.

weed affects your mind, any habitual smoker will admit to this, for some it gives a more constant sense of calmness, for some more laughter in their lives, for some also though increased mental problems. what is without doubt is that unlike drugs like ecstasy or angel dust, weed can not kill you in a instant. your mind is affected, if u have mental problems then stay away from the drug cos i think it fucks around with more areas of our brains than the scientists have confirmed. the most common i hear is memory and reactions are affected, all senses are affected by the drug therefore most of our mind is affected.

anyway im rambling, must drink my wine then write a ryhme or something.

i have done gas mask bongs way fun, n it is hard to take off a mask when you spluttering out smoke cuz you cant get it out fast enough if its harsh, good fun though !
