damn it, i still fall into the 13-17 demographic, yet this is no excuse, i dont think i have once said anything about my penis or masterbation, even whilst stoned off my head. its more about maturity, than age i would say, because i have seen people who are 30+ who talk about sex and masterbation all the time too.
