marmite and bread

its 230am, and i have just opted for a cup of tea, some maryland cookies, and 4 pieces of bread and butter and marmite. wonderful.
if i am more hungry then i have a supll yof potatoes and cheese, 5 mins and potatos and cheese, easy job.
