I don't know if I could stand this. I'm more into writing lengthy emails that use plenty of adjectives that truly express my feelings, desires, and intents. However these don't come out until she lets one of the three slip in an email to me first. Afterwards it becomes much easier to dictate the tone and underlying theme of the email in question. Texts seem to me to be too impersonal in nature and take away from any person-to-person interaction. An email isn't much better, but at least length in an email is more acceptable than length in a text
I would strongly advise to stick to revealing, and judging, any feelings, intentions and desires, until two people had actually met in the flesh. Whilst I am sure that some people, who express themselves in written word sincerely and effectively with another who is doing the same CAN and DO experience feelings, desires and form intentions, it is a very dangerous game to give them substance, before they have had a chance to meet the object, the source, the inspiration, face to face, voice to voice, hearts beating near one another. If there is one thing I can do better than most others it is to write. Especially to write openly, expressively and damn well at times. My love letters are love bombs...But I could only, and have only, sent such things to women I have met, heard, smelt, felt close to me. Otherwise, there is a massive danger of projection.
My texts are generally novella length. And a chat online leads to unpublished books...which nutter and others have playfully mocked me for many times, in a fond manner of course??? I adore the written word as a means of self expression.
Of course, anyone can write what they like from a distance, yet the proof of the pudding is always in the eating. To woo with words can be a beautiful thing for many...Less so for equally many.
Can two people fall in love from a distance without ever meeting???...I should start a thread about that.
In other matters, work is hell, christmas is berserker busy and I am drinking too much. Still, I have my savage queen to loosely keep me in check, and always act as the Saturn to my Titan. for which I am sometimes pained by, but always blessed with.
