So I'm in a great deal of pain right now. On Monday the 23rd, I went to get a crown on my root canaled tooth. That sucked but it gone done and over with and felt much better. When I woke up to go to work on Friday, I felt this pang of pain in the tooth behind my freshly crowned tooth. It made me wary but I thought nothing of it until the pain continued to get worse as the day wore on.

By Saturday at 7 pm, I was laying in Tracy's bed, fully clothed, with 3 blankets on me and I was shaking uncontrollably. I was running a fever of 101.1 and my face had bloated nicely.

I called my dentist today and even though his office was closed, he said he'd phone in a prescription for me to pick up and he'd squeeze me into his office tomorrow sometime.

So the good news is I should be getting this taken care of tomorrow.

The bad news is, the idiot never called in the prescription! I went all the way to my drug store 45 minutes after he said he'd call it in and they hadn't received a single call from a doctor to fill a prescription. I called 2 other drug stores close to mine to see if he fucked up but nope. He just plain forgot!!

So I'm pumping Advil in my face and mircowaving this oat bag thing to apply to my face every hour or so. I tried to upload a picture from my cell but I can't get it to work...and my digital camera is busted. But yea, the Elephant man ain't got nothin' on me!

I've been having some tooth pains recently but they seem to have subsided... I don't know if that means that I'm letting something that needed to be fixed get even worse, or if there was never anything seriously wrong in the first place.... It sure felt like there was. On another yet similar note, I realllllly need to get my wisdom teeth pulled out.

Damn, weird coincidence. I was supposed to get a root canal today, but the car's in the shop. Tomorrow should be lots of fun.

I got my meds today! I've taken my 2nd dose and I'm feeling slightly better. The swelling hasn't increased but it hasn't noticeably decreased either. And just as I suspected, I have to get that tooth root canalled at the end of Feb. This will be my 3rd root canal. And all 3 of 'em are on the right side of my face.

Those are great drugs! One hour until my 3rd dose and my face is already improving! Ahhhh, feels so much better! I've got a wicked abcess deep in the the back of my mouth on my gums. Once that puppy bursts, the yellow and red will flow and I'll feel 100 times better! Yep, it's gross but pretty cool too! I've had an abcess before and when they break, what a yucky mess! Pus and blood galore! But it feels soooo good! It's like having a giant zit that finally comes to a head and pops! Wish I could get pictures to share with you all!

Hope you feel better dude and what movie is that from? I remember my parents making me watch it as a kid to let me know that I did not have it all that bad, but the damn show gave me nightmares!

Anyway, I think my pot brownie also had tranquilizers in it, I ate it and after a few hours it became impossible to move more than a few inches, even though the cotton mouth was killing me. I think eating pot is way better than smoking it, I didn't even have any anxiety and I slept great, something that usually doesn't happen when I smoke weed.

I'm not sure what movie you're talking about. I didn't quote a movie (unless by mistake)...I was just writing the truth.

The drugs they gave me are Clindamycin. No drugs for the pain...just Advil.

I actually process my edibles in such a way that one day's worth of smoking is 1 day-long edible dose. They also kick in within 30 minutes.

I have a very lengthy processing time, freezing periods, use lecithin and a myriad of oils. I decarb at 120 for several hours in a dehydrator (pointless when using vaped bud, but I don't vape as it seems to have no medical benefits for me).

It sounds to me that however you're processing it, you're not left with a product that's very bioavailable. Your body can't break down the trichome material, so it tends to go in one end and out the other. Think of trichomes as balloons filled with cannabinoids -- you need to burst those balloons before you can get to the goodies.
