hot and cold smoked are equally as delicious imo

i have the wonderful childhood memories of eating smoked whitefish that my mom would buy from this roadside place just outside of french river, ontario. it was pretty much the last place to stop and get food, gas or whatever before a long stretch of highway leading into the garden river reserve of sault saint marie
