male leaves?

tonight we rolled up a bunch of cut up roaches and smoked that while we baked some male leaves in the oven... the roach joint went really fast, obviously.. so we rolled up these male bud leaves with probably a gram or a little more of hash.. i'm really fucked up.. and the smoke was really airy and kinda funky tasting.. should i not be smoking male plants?

Isn't the male plant basically shake?
People use it to make hash though so I guess youhave to smoke a lot of it to get a decent rip?

i always used male plants to put with my hash, it makes for a smoother smoke... and i always thought shake was the shit at the bottom of your bag after you buy it (seeds, broken up leaves) or the whole stash once cleaned :/
