On impulse i bought 2 caps of e from a friends friend and i'm wondering how much i should take and what will the dose do to me. Any info would be great.

i suggest you sell them and buy some herb. sorry i know that's kinda one sided, but you could get totally messed up, especially from a friends friend.... i dont like pills - too many bad experiences :/

E's don't mess u up, don't sell them and buy weed 4 fuk sake, if u take 1 pill then wait about an hour and have another 1 then u will have a great time the buzz is well better than weed, ive never had a bad experience with pills, don't worry if u feel a bit weired wen they first kick in its cos u don't know wat to expect.
I wish i could b u and have my first pills again they are the best 1's ever

Well don't double drop them, like smokey said, wait for an hour or so for the full effects to hit, if you like it do another, if not don't.

The major problem with extasy is that you don't know what you are getting really. It's a thing made in a lab so they can stick in pretty much whatever they want. LOts of extasy is made with high doses of ephedrine and/or speed, DXM, methamphetamines...anything thats cheaper and easier to get hold of than MDMA (the real ecstasy) instead of MDMA. Thats when it becomes more dangerous..high doses of ephedrine can do real funky things to your heart and nervous system. With the real stuff, I think the only real immdiate danger might be from heatstroke, so thats why good hydration is important.
Unless you can perform lab test there is no way of knowing whether your're getting the real deal or not. THats why i pretty much stay away from it.

Edit: Um..actaully I think they are supposed to be some home test kits available to check the authenticity of the ecstasy..not positive though.

Yeah thats what I said?!

Yeah Higher, there are home test kits now, they can test for poisons and stuff. Plus if you live in a studenty city (well in the uk atleast) alot of the student mags do reviews and test on different pills so you know what your buying. The mags are out every couple of weeks so they're pretty up to date.

If you get too overheated on X it can cause brain damage, just try half a pill at first, dont do 2 pills because you don't know the potency of them

just use the money to buy shrooms if you want a fun evening on something. i dont personally trust anything that is processed as much as X, but shit, stuff like weed and shrooms are from mother earth and are a little bit more pure and safer in my opinion, but i cant speak from experience on X, never done it and i dont plan to.

have half 1. see what your like after an hour, if you feel ok or are rushin hav another half. make sure you drink @ least 1pint of wtaer per hour. a would get some weed for this too because you will be able to smoke any amounts. I wouldnt drink alcohol either.

best to do half at a time like others have said, this way you will have control of how fucked you get and also be more capable of coping with bad experiences.

You wouldn't give someone a blunt with an 1/8 in it if it was the first time they were smoking weed!!

hey.. why not? haha i remember we devirginized this kid, and we kept him pretty well hydrated, so we told him as long as he could keep smoking we'd let him, i think between 5 of us we smoked half an ounce.. what a funnn night.. one of them hit my with a hotdog package and i thought it was spinach and then we brawled, but it was really funny because i actually saw spinach on my hand when i wiped my face
