The plants i grew last time (super lemon haze, AK48), i started about the end of May (i know thats late). But i was able to harvest (mid-october for both with about a 2 week difference, even though AK48 should be done weeks (2+) before the SLH supposedly) and had a very good bud, high, and all around good praise from friends and customers. And i was able to get a good yield for 3 plants according to different ratio charts between the weight of the bud dried and stuff.
Anyways, i always see these harvest dates as mid to the end of October and stuff in the "northern hemisphere", now mine was in mid October, but i had started it at the end of may. I was wondering, if i started at the beginning of may or even the end of April (weather permitting of course), they would be done sooner right? Is there a reason why they are always saying "mid october harvest"?
Now i know this is based on the type of plants i want. I am planning on growing these 4 strains- Super Silver Haze (2x), Afghan Kush x Skunk (2x), Acid and White Widow.
Also, any recommendations for bloom juices for each stage of growing/flowering? I have everything else i need down, i just wanted to know better bloom juices, or if they're not good at all.
