American Soldier loses both legs to IED on camera

French camera crew was following this unit when this happened : nothing too graphical.

Feel bad for this guy on the human level, he was of course dumb enough to sign up for this war, and the USA was one of the few countries that did not join the Nato in banning landmines... Kind of ironic.

But still, sad for the guy.
Computer games don't affect kids. I mean, if Pac-Man had affected us as kids, we would all be running around darkened rooms, munching magic pills, and listening to repetitive electronic music.

Pressure plates, then boom. The way it was placed and triggered would have been exactly how a landmine would have worked.

Landmine : explosive device. :p

they translated "god damn it" to bon dieu.. I'm no frenchie, but I'm pretty sure that's not right :P
