One thing man...with that air cooled hood you should be able to get your light alot closer to your plant tops. Probably 12- 15 inches...

You can test this by placing your hand 12 inches under the light..if the light burns the back of your hand, then it's 2 close..then try 15 inches and so on...

What's the theory on that......the closer the light, the better?? Should I get my light as close as possible without burning my plants?? Right now my farthest plant is 18 inches away and my closest is 16 inches away. I could easily put it 12 inches away and not burn them, that I know for sure but then it won't have good light coverage for all 6 plants. That is not good, so I think I will stick with how it is now and let the plants come to the light which won't be far anyway. PEACE TO ALL

I started LST on my Pot of Gold plant. Here is a pic of it now. I will post another pic of it in 2-3 days so you can see the progress it has made. I;m sure all of us will be impressed by this. I changed my reservoir today and added a little more nutrients this time since it is starting to mature s little. If you all remember, I started off feeding my plants at half the recommended mixture. So now I'm feeding them at 3/4 the recommended mixture. These things have already taken off in 2 days and I know after today they are going to explode. That's why I started my LST today on my Pot of Gold strain. I also chose this plant for experimental LST because it is my only sativa dominant strain(it will get taller and take longer to flower).

I tried to post a video here but it didn't work so I posted it below and re-wrote this message......LOL. What can I say, I had to figure something out or just give up. I think we all know by now that quitin' ain't my style. Well anybody who has been following me since I joined.......Higher,bubbles, spri7e, and a couple others I can't remember....Thanks for the advice, secrets,tips+tricks, and encouragement. you bought your ebb and flow system at a hydropnics store didnt you? we have the same setup lol. i bet its from the same chain store lol. whats yours called?
