So i cant seem to get a fucking job so other than dealing or selling myself, what do you guys recommend for some money, not big money just money, ive got a truck so i can haul shit, give me some ideas, legal or illegal i dont really care.

Go round offering to clear rubbish from back gardens , no outlay in that apart from petrol , type out little leaflets on comp make it look a bit proffesional

why dont you sell some of your stuff as a temp solution? you could try start your own removals and house clearance company? If you cant get a job make one! I was in a similar position a few years ago and I started my own cleaning business which worked out pretty well at the time. You could try and get a job as a freelance courier with having a truck. Its pretty easy work and good if you like driving. Good luck whatever you choose.

I made quite a bit of money with scrap metal, and car parts. A few years ago I made a shitload of money (about 10k in 2 months) selling used catalytic converters to recyclers. Catalytic converters contain Rhodium, Pallidium and Platinum which are precious metals that at times can be worth alot on the market. Rhodium is the most expensive metal of the three. I could sell each catalytic converter for between $40 and $200 depending on what model car and type of converter. The prices sadly have taken a huge drop and the most I can get for anything now is $50 from a chinese recycler. The local scrap metal recycler gives $30 for any type and model of converter anytime...I still collect them because I pick up alot of them for free...I buy alot of real cheap cars for scrap, strip what's worthwhile and that I can sell and them ship the rest to the junkyard. The easy parts to sell are alternators, starters, wheels, tires...

Back when I could get more for them I would set out in my car in country roads and look for places that have scrap cars in their yard. Would stop and flat out ask people if I could buy the converters. Also used online classified ads to find them

Phone your local scrap metal yard and ask them how much they are currently giving for scrap converters. Or try and find a chinese recycler (I found mine online..alot of them advertise there)

Also ask them what the price per ton of metal is. Here it is currently around $100 which is low,,few years back that too was higher at around $220/ton. A normal car weighs a ton

You can also collect aluminum and copper and sell to the scrap yard. I forget the price of that but it's worth more than metal

do you have any money? if so, you can gradually build it up with small penny share investments and such. the stock market can make you very rich..... or very poor, depending on how you play it

other than that, i don't know many legal ways of making money. the scrap metal/courier/garden cleaning ideas are really good though

Drive around in your truck during recycling days and take returnable bottles out of people's blue bags. I see guys with shopping carts doing it all the time. And you have a truck, so you could carry more.
