I just had brain surgery about 2 weeks ago.
I fell and hit my head, busting an artery in my brain.
My skull was filling with blood, so they cut into my skull and drained the blood, as well as sealed off my arterey.
This was two weeks ago, and the doctor told me that the artery might bust back open if I stress or hit it.
Would I be alright if I smoked?

i would call your doc and ask..or ask him in person ..he cant say anything and just make sure you dont want it on your record at all incase he wants to jot it down

Like Jcube said, ask your doctor.

And whatever your doctor says, listen to him

Yeah man, be careful. I got my eye shot out with a paintball a few years back, the doctor said not to cough alot if i was smoking cuz it would pop my stitches out.

Weed is a stress reliever so I don't see anything wrong with it. I know nothing about brains so don't take my word for it.

Ask a neurologist, everything between you and your doctor is confidential. He would be able to give you the most precise answer, not saying the advice of weedgurians isn't valuable, but this is something I would leave to the professionals.

im pretty sure weed also increases blood pressure so there must be something with that that could pose a problem imo.

I'm kind of only 15.
What should I do?

Mehh.
I don't smoke that often.
Before hitting my head, I only smoked every now and then.
I'm also very careful with my stuff, and only smoke in the privacy of my own home.

And I might add, my dad smokes, and sells to his friends.
He has caught me smoking, and didn't say much.
I don't think he cares, because he knows that if I do it, I do it here, at home.
