I know a few lads who do afew lines every now and then and they are fine. Personally, I wouldnt do coke just because it doesnt seem worth it. The high isnt meant to last that long and it's well expensive and it can fuck you up big style. I'd just say, stay away from coke, its not worth it.

But E is different. I know people who do MDMA powder quite frequently but they arent addicted at all.
X is pretty safe to an extent. Excluding the victims who have some sort of allergic reaction to E, you should be safe as long as you sip a pint of water every hour. If you're dancing and you're really hot, just sit down and calm down for a bit. Don't drink too much water! It's the balance you've gotto keep right. MDMA supresses your bladder so even though your bladder may be full, you don't feel the need to pee. So if then you drink loads of water, you could end up drowning yourself - See Leah Betts who died due to too much water consumption.
If you keep safe I personally don't see much wrong with E. Just don't do it every weekend. Try and keep it as a luxery you have only once in a while, that way you won't build up a tolerance.
Apart from that, all I can say is stay away from it. Hard drugs are generally not good in the long run.

Although, I just wanna say I've never taken E and I'm just talking from what I've seen. If you want concrete advice, I'd suggest you get some leaflets about it or search the net or talk to people who have done it.

Just stick to weed, you can't go wrong.

there was this show on the discovery health channel the other night called "the price of ecstasy". i watched it and they followed this girl around who played with it recreationally and she went through a series of tests and brain scans and stuff that didn't really show much of anything. they all but said, "hey, it's ok to do it once in a while". now, i'm a smart girl so i'm not just being ignorant and thinking that's what they were saying. even when they were talking about kids who have died after taking e, they said it's not the e itself that killed them, it was something they did (like drinking a shitload of water).

so i'm with everyone else, skip the coke and try e if you're looking for something new.

i love it but it's hard to get around here and i think it's kind of pricey ($20-25 a pill), which is why i rarely do it.

Yeah when I was at Cream in ibiza this year some Aussi guys were talking to me in the toilets and they were telling me that, I thought they were joking at first but they said half the reason they go there is cuz of the cheap drugs and they were actually going to risk taking some back on the plane with them . They called it being high, I didn't have a clue what they were on about for ages.
