yea actually i loved the movie, the story that was told was very attention grabbing.
im probably going to pick up the book assuming that it is, rather than a tale he tells his colleagues, that it is actually him going along on his journey.
EDIT: turns out i screwed up and there is no book =(
After watching the movie, I was sure that it must have been based on a book...sadly, no. I agree, the book probably would have gone into much greater detail about his journey's and such, creating a visual image that the movie didnt show.
Apparently the movie was created by some guy and he finished it on his deathbed. The budget for the film was $200,000 (which is by no means a lot). But it was still a great movie.

i think everyone should take a few hours and watch this, the ending was pretty cool too.. at first i didnt realize what was happening then i was like oh snap!
seriously couldve made an excellent book but it would be insulted so hard by all the bible humpers out there
