Zeroing a hit? Bad, good, or pointless?
I don't know the exact technical term for it, I've heard it called zeroing. Basically holding a hit in so long that when you breathe out there is no visible smoke, maybe like 20 or 30 seconds. I do it occasionally to see if I get any higher off of just holding them in for 5-10 seconds. Can't really tell if it's just the placebo effect or if it really does work.
My theory is that there is still some remaining THC in the smoke that isn't held in very long, by holding it in you get it all. On the other hand it could just be all the shit in the smoke and nothing worth the trouble.
What say you Guru Council?

the lack of oxygen will give you more of a headrush.
Other than that it's completely useless as the THC gets absorbed into your bloodstream in the first second or two...

Computer games don't affect kids. I mean, if Pac-Man had affected us as kids, we would all be running around darkened rooms, munching magic pills, and listening to repetitive electronic music.

Thanks for the feedback.
I guess I'll explain further. I started doing this way back with a friend of mine. We'd sit out on his porch and pass the bong back and forth, but the game was to keep the hit held in until it was passed back to you. Stupid game but it was fun at the time.
Guess I'm done doing that
