transplanting a plant already established outdoors. help!

Post by Anti-FlagPUNK »

My crop contains a few plants, most around 1.5'-2' tall, established in the lush southern ontario soil.

however, a large tree (oak?) has developed a massive canopy cutting off all DIRECT sunlight. The plant gets 14 hours ambient light a day.

I cannot prune the large tree because its too big. I have decided that i need to transplant the plant

does anybody have any advice on digging the plant up?
