I wouldnt be surprised if someone has found a way to make E a liquid... liquids are superior because they can be transported easier, less noticeable, and effects could come quicker.
We have had green ladies here too... must be a big producer's stamp.

No, liquid E wouldn't be any good at all. Mostly because it could easily kill you if you even tried to inject it.
