Life Problems? Was on probation, and made the dumbass decision of going to my work at 2 am (an outdoor pool) with 3 girls (2 of which also work there.) who had a bottle of Rum and got caught by the police (soley due to the fact that the dumb bitch that I didnt know had parked her car in the closed parking lot, Unbeknowest to me at the time.) And ot of the four of us I was the only one arrested (being on probation and all.) The 3 girls got a slap on the wrist and their parents came to pick them up I got sleep in a cell. For violation of probation and possesion of liqour. (The latter being kind of Ironic seeing as I was the only one who hadnt actually chipped in on the liqour.) Then the three of us got fired the next day. I try looking at my thought process and I can see where things went wrong.

3 chicks with a free bottle of rum (2 borderline gorgeous, 1 whom I really do like.) me, all drunk and in our undergarments. God Damn my male genitalia. You've fucked me again... Tushay my worthy opponets.

u won that round. altho recently my dad wrecked his bike and had a traumatic brain injury, took him 3 months to be himself again. hes all better tho, so its all good.

passed my piss test, im glad. i was 95% sure i would, but i was glad when i knew for sure. they arnt going to piss test me again till my las meeting for probation, im in a drag class, it replaces meetings with a po and drug tests. its for first time offenders and such. i got like 2 months where i can smoke plenty.

Life problems, huh?

Normally I make around $580.00 every two weeks after taxes and my son's child support payment are taken directly out of my check.

After appearing in court a month ago for my ex-wife's plea to have her child support increased, my current take home pay is $320.00 every two weeks.

Recently there was a guy on the front cover of our local newspaper who was charged with stabbing his pregnant girlfriend several times with a sword. I think he had the right idea to stop the madness of having a child in this day and age. The government and the courts have NO mercy on the father of children of divorce. They don't give two fucking shits if I ended up living on the streets or in some shelter with cracked out psychos.

What's the fucking point in living. If I somehow find a better job that pays me more money, it still evens out because the courts will take more money out of me.

I'm really fucking tired of doing whatever it is that is called "life". I've been in a fucking hole in this "life" for the past 5 years and when it seems like I'm making progress out of the hole, my trusted government and court system proceeds to brutally fuck me in the ass with no lubrication.

It's almost time to throw in the towel...

dude, i feel for you. my dad went through some similar shit. he was homeless for a while. stick it out tho, his situations much improved, he has a nice place, i live with him and he has a decent amount of money. i cant say for sure if things will get better, but with time things tend to change.

i do agree, men get it ROUGH in court like that. like i said tho, stick it out, think, if u do weed a ot, take a little break and think things out. it will help.

It's so archaic the way a woman is favored in family courts. It made sense when women weren't generally part of the workforce and needed that money between marriages but fuck all, a woman is almost as capable of making money nowadays as a man is.

its getting harder to live every year, a highschool diploma is nothing for employers, 30 years ago a highschool diploma meant alot more. now its a piece of paper.

That's part of what pisses me off so much, Ikku. I am a low-life nightcrew worker slinging groceries on a shelf and she is a nurse who makes 40,000+ a year while I bring in about 18,000 and change.

She also has not one, but 2 foster children in her care. So she gets at least 600-700 a month PER child from the foster care company AND she also gets those children's baby bonuses of about 120-150 each per month. When I asked the judge if her foster children providing her about 1500 a month in extra income had any bearing on my payments to her and my son, the judge said, "That money is for the children, and if she broke down her expenses each month we'd see that all money given to her for helping these children is all spent on these children."

The judge was a guy, too...
