Erm...not any cough syrup man. Some kinds can be very dangerous, even lethal. I forget which cough syrup additives are toxic in large doses so look into it before doing something stupid k

a light dose wont hurt you, but any cough syrup with just "Dextromethrophan Hbr" as an active ingredient will do

robitussin extra strenght is probally the best
