color changing glass

I recently baught a color changing spoon off the net and well it looks pretty clear. only one red swirl is visible and the other swirls i can barely see. i toked out of it allitle, but when will it look like the picture? this is the spoon i baught if ot matters:

eww i hate grasscity, i got banned from their forums cuz one of my friends said i wasn't 18 and I'm perm. banned and it says come back when your 18 (kinda weird huh?) but that's a pretty cool spoon, different than most of them I see.

damn that sucks, i dont use the forums there but i thought the spoon would be higher quality for 26 bucks. i shoulda looked for more a more better spoon

Try using everyonedoesit if you want a better quality (at least i think) and they have super fast shipping. I'm gonna try to buy a bubbler once I get a job for the summer and see how that goes.

that site has some killer pipes. it was so hard to get my dad to buy the pipe off the net so i'll see if i can pay my friend to get shipped to him and give it to me afterwords. all i need now is some money

yeah i just bought a real nice bubbler from edit... waiting for the mailman to come now!
and the longer you smoke out of it i think the more it changes colour

I think when my color changed on my bowl, instead of actually changing colors it just turned stupid. Like all the color just started melting on it slowly and now it's kinda deformed.

even if the color did change on my bowl it would take awhile cause i dont smoke too much. my mom and dad are home all day, so i hafta kinda sneak me smokin. i cant get take too many tokes or i will be too fucked to respond to them so.. ya

Phat Glass pipes is the SHIT for buying pipes. Htye have a SICK selection.

As for your pipe, seeing as almost any pipe you buy is going to have been hand made, they are all going to be different. usually the way glass changes colour is the resin inside if it that acts as a contrasting medium to bring out the colour. So pretty much the more you smoke out of it the more it will change. heat also has a little to do with it.

i heard a rumor that if you set the peice on a black blanket or towel you can see what it will look like after the color changes... just a rumor tho never tried it.

The rumor is correct...all 'color change' is, is the built up resin from smoking.

awesome I was wondering about that. My glass pipe turned this awesome reddish-purple color from being clear and I started freaking out thinking something was wrong haha
