Does anyone ever get the shakes after you light up a cig? Like every time I light up a cig it always ends up making me shake and I hate the taste of the first drag so much.

I get both of those, hate for taste and the shiver. I only get that little shiver when I'm alone though.

so natives are per say "healthier" for you?

I'm not sure if they're healthier or not but they fuck up your throat so much quicker than any other smokes ive tried.
