I was walking home one day and i think i may have stumbled upon a few plants, I'm not sure its weed but its flowering and it loooooks pretty good but i was hoping someone could post some pics of weed just starting to flower it would be appreciated.

they are behind my neighbors house kinda on a tree line but out farther into the sun

I wouldn't take it. If it's on your neighbors property, it's theres. Don't take this as a rude comment because I don't want for it to be one, but if you were growing your baby on your property and someone took it, how would you feel?

its city prop actually they mow it atleast they took out 3 of the like 30 plants

Just go up and examine the plants, look for buds, smell around, do something. If you've smoked weed before it shouldn't be very hard for you to identify it.

I know what you guys are seeing, those things are fucking giant. They are just weeds, and a little spiny. I might be wrong though, but I doubt that's weed.
