Can I smoke the leaves?

I'm new to growing pot, and I just want to know if I can smoke the leaves, or do I just have to wait until there are buds & just smoke those?

well ppl say theres no use in smoking the leaves... but from some pictures of pot plants some of those plants have fucking danky fressh THC crystals all over the leaves... i would

Welp, I don't smoke much pot. If I go on a bike ride w/ my friends and they are smoking, I'll take a hit- so it doesn't take too much to get me high.

I've had these leaves in a drawer for a few days now. I smoked some tonite, and I've got a nice little buzz on. My friends may scoff at its potency, but if it gets me off, who cares, right? This one plant will last me quite a while, I'm thinking...

and yea, i've seen some videos of the leaves on the top that were flowered with crystals (just as much as the bud) and it would be cool as shit to smoke.

don't waste a plant during growth stages.

seeing as you said, "should i smoke the leaves or wait for the buds to come?", i'm guessing that your plant is not yet in the flowering stage. during the vegetative stage, a very fucking minimal amount of THC is produced thoughout the plant. so little, in fact, that it would not do a goddamn thing to most "stoners." seeing as you don't smoke often, it may affect you, but the effects you will be feeling from this bud are just pointless when you consider what you could have later on.

think of it like making a cake man. if you keep pinching out your mix, then you will end up with a cake of inferior quality and quantity.
