Classical Music is underrated

I never really understood what the big deal about classical music was, until I sat in front of my stereo and started to listen to Mozart while smoking a whole joint to myself. Listening high, classical music just sounds so complex and beautiful.

Now, classical music may not be cool or what ever amongst youger people such as ourselves, but man! there is no denying that this kind of music definately out does modern music by far in terms of how it reverberates in your insides. Try listening to "Sinfonia" from "Nozze Di Figaro". It's like a giant wall of music that rises in front of you and breaks in the middle of your being. Classical music sounds so powerfull yet melodic and harmonius at the same time. Incredible detailed with ups and downs like an emotional rollercoaster.

Bach is great as well. Vivaldi's Four Seasons makes your brain dance around in your skull. Beethoven starts out very strong and passionate but quickly becomes boring in some of his work. Its just amazing how most classical music flows and creates a very tangible mood when you listen to it high. I believe all these great composers were pot heads for sure.

Shoot, just look at what weed has done to me...I'm a classical music fan now. No more trance for me thank you.

It's really good musicianship and complex, but I can't get into it. I like dark kind of goth-ish music with classical influences though. Don't know what genre that is or any specific bands though, anybody else here know?

Tradition at my work on Friday afternoons. Classic Fridays. Classic FM. The longest serving fitter Mick is an avid fan and once in a while it seems to be Classic afternoons (eveyrday of the week). The jury is still out.

big fan of classical...i grew up on the stuff when my dad would listen to it so although i usually have no clue who composed it or the name of it, i can usually whistle or hum along to it
