Hope it belongs in this forum, but I just wanted to write a quick thread to express my gratitude that there are folks out there afterall who, although possibly high as kites in an air thermal, can still manage to be maturely civil, consoling, and that can generate the sense of stonerhood that I sought from this cool site. Props to the stoners who replied to my thread entitled "Bitchy lil Stoners: WTF up with that?", who have given me hope I might stick around here and that not all of you out yonder will reply to my posts in such monosyllabic and nasty comments such as "your posts suck", and for some reason doubting my vocation as a teacher with such gems as "Like hell you are".

It's been reassuring and refreshing to think WG might be as cool a stoner's haven as I initially thought.

Good on you dudes.

It's a very nice sentiment, but if you really want the subject to die and move on, I'd stop making post after post about it

. I'm saying this only as a Mod, not as a regular stoner! If you could limit all your announcements to a particular post, that would be aaawesome!

Still, I hope you find a peaceful ground to curl up and toke on at WG.

For the record, I don't doubt your position as a teacher, I know plenty of teachers who smoke, very good teachers in fact.
