I've been using Limewire for years now, still using it. I run a virus scan and adware aswell on a daily basis, sometimes every other day. I havn't had a potentially 'deadly' virus in about 3-4+ years now.

It's all about protecting yourself properly..

But I do agree with your statement on how songs are getting difficult to find lately.. That's a bitch.

We should get together and form a group, then make a program called Potwire, or Marijuire.. how insane would that be..

I've never downloaded a single virus from Limewire before, maybe it's because I actually know what to look for when I download something.

songs are generally 3,000kb

and movies are around 500 mb or so

if the song is 128kb or somewhere around that then it is a virus.

Personally, I use FrostWire. It's free, runs on any OS, and it's pretty fast. You'll still get those abnormally-sized files every now and then that are obvious viruses, but all in all it works really well for finding stuff.[/url]

Frostwire isn't that bad, torrents really do the job though.

Make a bit of a name for yourself at some hacker/bootleg site, don't necessarily have to veg on it all the time but it really helps you find shit.

Learn how to hack megaupload and sites like that.
