HELL FUCKING NO
i enjoyed my time at kfc cuz of my boss
but other than that its a dirty job
since u a guy, u gonna be a cook
u gonna be making fried chicken and some nasty gravy sauce
your clothes will smell chickenfat
if id be you i'd get a job were u work outside or something, its summer time enjoy the outdoors
i worked for my city last summer, i was gettin 9$ hour to clean the streets
all i had to do was picking up garbages on the ground (with a wierd stick) and that was it
i had a kickass tan and i was woking in a park that is considered a local smoking spot so i had ppl to talk with while i was woking...
fastfood is good for a resume tho...

No man you got it all wrong. Work the nightshift at the McDonald's Drive Thru. Mad breaks, barely any work, in the morning before people start coming for breakfast you can blaze a mad big joint and make awesome breakfast sandwitches with whatever you want! Imagine an egg and sausage McMuffin with McGrittles, a coffee, chocolate milk, and some baked pies! SO GOOD!

thanks for the advice, but working a night shift isn't the best option for since. I have school early in the mornings (7am to 5pm) but i only have school for 2 days out of the week. Im still completing kfc even though I know some of you said not to, it sounds easy and i dont mind the fryer. It would probably just be a temp job unless I endup liking it more than expected but you know just looking for a little something to pay off stuff.

I currently work in the Deli at a grocery store..very nice. Lots to do...time goes by fast...but I was trained first in their Express KFC/Pizza hut. I like the KFC a lotJim514 wrote:Dakine wrote:Not macdonalds. from what i hear KFC is the best.

Then again, maybe the way we do things is a little different..the gravy sauce is so easy haha it's like "Leave 1.5 litres of water sitting there all day being hot. Add 290g (or a large gravy container) worth of gravy powder to .5 L of water...whisk. Add to pot....stir..cover...occasionally stir over the next 6 hours hahah and at 4, we usually make a new pot...only if we're low on gravy in the other pot.
and Kentucky Fried chicken is only the name...it's actually shipped to you already cooked but frozen..we bake it in an oven.

"Can’t repeat the past?…Why of course you can!"

^^Good advice. Any fast food restaurant isn't gonna be good, but if you have to do it you have to do it.
Oh and bobbonew welcome to the boards!
